Description
An online co-creation and e-commerce platform has been created for deep involvement of customers and external experts in t-shirt design production.
All products sell, are entirely design by customers and external experts. Moreover their feedback influence the assortment composition.
Services
• Online platform where, after registration, everyone can post an idea for a new t-shirt design to be evaluated and selected by the community
• Bottom-up system of evaluation and selection: collecting community members opinions about the design through forums and polls; collecting informal commitment form user, to later purchase the product concept if it would be selected
• Reward system ($2000 reward, $500 worth of free t-shirts) for creators which are selected by other users
• Threadless\\\' team has its own saying in the selection process
• Threadless is producing about six new products each week, awarding about 600 winners each year
